About Us
The purpose of Autumn Days is to build self-esteem, self-reliance, reduce social limitations, and encourage positive interaction within the community for individuals that require supportive living services. Our endeavor is to put forth every effort to meet individual need and accommodate the ever-changing needs of those we serve. Every person deserves the opportunity to live an active and fulfilling life. Making that goal a reality is precisely the objective of our developmental disability programs and services.
Some of What We Do
You can feel confident knowing that our caregivers are our employees. Skill set alone does not ensure a place on our team. Integrity and morality are equally important. In addition, all our caregivers have gone through several levels of pre-employment and continual screenings.
To ensure the best continual care for our clients, our supervisors make scheduled and unscheduled visits to the home while the caregiver is present to evaluate the following: Level of assistance provided; Changing needs of the clients; Caregiver’s adaption to changes; Relationship between the caregiver and the client.
We are committed to promoting a culturally normative, self-directed living environment. Individuals are encouraged to achieve and sustain the greatest degree of community integration possible and desired.
